This may be the greenest drink I have ever consumed. But green is good right? Green comes from grene rooting to the words grass and grow and its synonymous with spring and vitality! Green is good.
This drink is undoubtedly good…..
Handful of kale
Handful of spinach
A celery stalk
Bunch of parsley
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maca seeds
Good, but not the tastiest! 😊
Pancakes with frozen berries and sweet vanilla yoghurt……..ultimate breakfast nom
Is there a better meal than brunch?
French toast, frozen berries, syrup and orange Greek yoghurt. Delightful!
Yes, Sunday morning breakfast =
Life is too short, not to enjoy it would be a crime 😊
Aww man, seriously…..how cute are these snack pots?
I’m not really supposed to be spending mulah at the moment but I saw these yesterday (in the sale too!) and I couldn’t resist. Last night, in a terribly uncool way, I had great fun filling them with today’s breakfast and lunch!
Overnight maple and toffee oats for after the gym, and for lunch, rye crisp breads with cream cheese, tomatoes and relish.
A healthy day ready for a somewhat naughty movie night tonight!
Oh I love a good Sunday breakfast. It’s an opportunity to actually to take time and appreciate the food we eat, rather than a quick shoveled down snack before we run out of the house.
Today I had no plans and so I rummaged through the kitchen to see what I could utilize. I resulted with a spicy breakfast wrap!
It’s easy. Just:
- Scramble some eggs with butter, seasoning and chopped black olives
- Fill a tortilla wrap with the eggy mix and layer on some hot sauce and cheese (if you want a naughty twist)
- Grill the wrap to make it nice and crispy
See. Easy! Also delicious.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, eggs are underrated!
Whenever I am actually home for breakfast I’ll poach an egg, toast some bread and there you have it, a quick, healthy, tasty breakfast!
Hurrah to the chicken!
Today: plain and humble
Yesterday: added spice!
Last Wednesday: ketchup!
Saturday couldn’t come quick enough for me but my rubbish week spilled over in to my weekend and so I decided to treat my self with pancakes!!
3 big giant pancakes loaded with frozen berries, vanilla yoghurt and syrup.
I felt much better after eating these beauties!
Erm, yeah….I’m no princess. But if a princess were about to smash the gym I’m sure this is the breakfast she would have!
Smashed advacado on toast, topped with a soft poached egg. Sprinkle with a little seasoning and hey presto, a über delicious and nutritious dish!!
This mornings smoothie! 😍
- 1 whole pineapple! 😱
- Chocolate protein whey powder
- Greek yoghurt
- Almond milk
- Pineapple juice
Marvelous. Tasty. Healthy. Boom!
