I had the need for serious comfort food lastnight and so I made my way to Jamie’s ministry of food. This book is full of easy, tasty recipes but more importantly, they are all very homely recipes!

Now I’ve made many a Bolognese before but never this one. It took some prep: some chopping and about an hour to simmer but it’s really worth it. The sauce resulted in being thick and flavorful and it really hit the spot .

Apologies, I forgot to take a picture, but trust me, it looked like you would assume.

I’d recommend you try this one, beats a shop bought sauce any day!
