If you want an easy peasy little sweet to make, this is the one for you!
Simply do the following:
- Mix 250g cream cheese with 50g of peanut butter (or more if you fancy a stronger peanut taste) 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 50g chocolate chips.
- Spoon out the mixture and roll into bite size balls. Place these in the fridge to chill
- Melt 300g dark chocolate. When melted, cover the balls in chocolate. That’s it! But you can decorate them if you so desire…..I did.
They are quite decedent, very creamy and sweet. My top to you would be to make them slightly smaller tun your tempted to do.
5 mile run with Gray done and so it’s only fair I treat myself to a delicious smoothie!
Fear not, I will not spoil my hard work, this drink is Protien packed despite tasting like a dessert.
Vanilla whey, options chocolate powder, peanut butter, banana, almond milk, fat free yoghurt
You can not underestimate this dessert, it’s a mammoth monster of calories and deliciousness which is a very dangerous pairing.
The base is simply crushed Oreos and butter.
The middle layer is a mixture of peanut butter and more butter.
The topping is a lashing of melted chocolate and even more butter!
Yes it’s dangerous but wow is it divine to eat. I wouldn’t recommend you try this!
Today I have been prepping for the week which included making his and hers protein cookies for an extra post gym protein hit!
These cookies are really simple and easy to do and consist mainly of whey powder and peanut butter. They are delish!
I like little nibbles like this, they taste great and I know when I eat them, I’m giving my body what it needs.
