I love sushi yet I have never attempted to make it…..until now!!!

Seriously, how easy! I’ll defiantly be making more in the very near future.

It’s pretty much s matter of deciding what taste you want, cooking the rice and rolling it all up….tadahh!!!

   
 
We opted for smoked salmon, prawn and teriyaki mackerel. They were rolled with a mixture of sliced cucumber, pepper and advacado. Served with dipping soy sauce, wasabi paste and wasabi mayo.

Totally tasty. Far too much. Lunch for tomorrow sorted.
